Back Pain Clinic Stoke
Getting To The Root Cause Of Back Pain
At Alan Lee Osteopathy we recognise the impact that pain and dysfunction can have on one’s personal and professional life. We are committed as primary healthcare professionals to help our clients resume their lifelong pursuit of health and well-being. This can mean more than addressing current pain and dysfunction. We can also advise on stretching exercises, posture related issues and other lifestyle choices that may be having an impact on your musculo skeletal system.
Truth be told back pain is 90% caused by muscular problems. Other causes iinclude ligament problems, disc degeneration and nerve root issues. More often iit is down to combinations of all of these factors which is why ALL must be assessed and treated in the right priority.
THIS MAKES ACCURATE ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION A CRITICAL FIRST STAGE IN TREATMENT PLANNING.
Musculo skeletal pain of any kind whether its back, neck or joint pain can have a variety of causes that will require different treatment approaches. We apply four different treatment approaches to help you return to normal function as quickly as possible.
We are a multi discipline clinic providing four different but complimentary treatment modalities. We can then tailor treatment options according to your needs.
Our fees are £45 for first consultation and treatment and thereafter £35 per session.
Your first consultation and treatment will last for approximately 45 minutes to one hour. Follow up sessions are 30 – 45 minutes
We can provide a free twenty minute consultation at a mutually convenient time. In this session we can listen to your main complaint and carry out a mini assessment to help you understand the causes of your pain. However no treatment is provided at the free consultation.

Yes I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council
I had an accident in 1989 and severely damaged my back. I never knew pain like that existed ! I tried all the mainstream medicine approaches eg pain killers and physiotherapy but it was osteopathy and yoga that helped me recover
